NAL currently has 151.9-million common shares outstanding and is widely held with approximately 30,000 shareholders across Canada and the United States. Approximately 75 percent are residents of Canada and 25 percent are non-residents. Retail investors hold about 58 percent of the shares with the balance owned by institutional investors such as mutual funds, pension funds and portfolio managers.
