Executive Team

	Andrew B. Wiswell – President & CEO Mr. Wiswell earned his B.A. 1971 and LLB (Law) 1974 degrees from the University of Manitoba. He practiced corporate and commercial law, completed an MBA at the University of Western Ontario in 1980 and joined Gulf Canada Resources Limited. He spent 16 years at Gulf Canada, which included key roles as Vice President Marketing, Oil Sands and Frontiers and Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Mr. Wiswell was actively involved in corporate strategy, equity and debt financings, acquisitions and divestments, investor relations and organizational restructuring and change. After his tenure at Gulf, Mr. Wiswell joined ICG Propane as President, where he revitalized the business leading to the sale of the company to Superior Propane. In December 2001, he joined Parkland Industries Ltd. as President and CEO. At Parkland, he led Parkland's conversion to an income trust in June 2002, completed restructuring and enhancement of the company's performance, and delivered strong value creation for investors. In May 2005, Mr. Wiswell joined NAL as President & CEO and has led the process of change in people, assets and opportunities to position NAL for conversion to a dividend paying E&P corporation in 2011. From April 2009 to March 2010, Mr. Wiswell served as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP).
	Keith A. Steeves – Vice President, Finance & CFO Mr. Steeves joined NAL on December 11, 2006 as Vice President of Finance. Mr. Steeves earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of New Brunswick and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Calgary, as well as Certified General Accounting and Certified Internal Auditor professional designations. Prior to joining NAL, he spent three years as Corporate Financial Officer of Irving Oil Ltd. and has 18 years of business and financial experience with Gulf Canada Resources.
	Marlon J. McDougall – Vice President, Operations & COO Mr. McDougall joined NAL on December 4, 2006 as Vice President of Operations. Mr. McDougall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. Prior to joining NAL, Marlon had broad field operations and engineering responsibilities and served in positions of increasing responsibility at Northrock Resources, most recently as Vice President Operations (Alberta/British Columbia).
	John C. Koyanagi – Vice President, Business Development Mr. Koyanagi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Alberta and a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. Mr. Koyanagi’s more than 20 years of experience include technical and commercial senior-management roles with Shell, Amoco and BP. He most recently worked for merger and acquisition advisory firms specializing in oil and gas transactions. He is also a member of APEGGA.
