Reporting to the Foreman, you will be part of an active team environment responsible for routine field operations in the Sturgeon Lake area. Based out of Valleyview, Alberta, your work schedule will consist of 9-hour shifts on a 9 and 5 rotating basis. Overtime is on an “as required” basis with facility callouts.

To qualify for this position, you have, at a minimum, a high school education and three to five years of oil battery/gas plant operating experience. You also have current safety training certification and a valid driver’s license. You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and are willing to work closely with other operators in a team environment. Previous experience using PVR; Field View; well pump off controllers; plunger lift systems; and Zedi Access will be considered assets.
