CALGARY--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 30) - NAL Resources Management Limited ("NAL Resources"), manager of NAL Oil & Gas Trust (the "Trust") is conducting an emergency response plan exercise near the City of Red Deer today. The mock exercise involves all equipment and personnel that would normally respond during an incident including the David Thompson Health Region, Workplace Health & Safety, Alberta Environment Emergency Management Alberta, Red Deer County, Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB), RCMP and the City of Red Deer. The exercise started at 10 a.m. this morning and is expected to be complete by 1 p.m. this afternoon.
"We organized this mock emergency exercise to refine our existing emergency response processes," said Jim Van Camp, NAL's spokesperson. "It is a planned event designed to comprehensively test our capabilities and prepare us for a real emergency."
